Finished!

Ok so we are finally finished with lots of Venger stuff. Tim has finished the art on The Venger: Dead Man Rising #2. We are now looking for a letterer and then will be doing the prepress production. Brett has also finished the pages for the Venger/Footpath: EndGame crossover as well as the golden age Venger short Venger: Dead End. Like #2 these also need to be lettered but things are really moving for Venger this year. I'll post some more art shortly but here are a couple of the EndGame pages Brett has done. Some great stuff...very dynamic.

The Venger: Dead End

I had previously posted Brett's rough for this page of The Venger: Dead End. Well here is his finished version. I love the background. Brett has finished the story and is back on EndGame. Next for him and I after EndGame is another original Venger story- tentatively titled The Venger: Deadly Sin.

Quickie!

Well I'm looking for someone to grayscale the Deadly Beginnings story. Might have someone lined up. Brett says that he is done with the Dead End story and I will be seeing the finished pages shortly. I'm about halfway through the full script for the Black Mercy story and have been trying to plug away at the script for Venger #3. And while trying to run my 'Venger empire' I have been working lots of overtime at the day job!

The Venger: Dead End

Here's a rough layout page from The Venger: Dead End by Brett Wood. He's the new artist to this long coming story featuring the original Venger. My plan is that hopefully this will appear as a back up feature in The Venger: Dead Man Rising #2.

Brett has been doing a great job as my 'go to' art guy. And I am really looking forward to seeing what he can do with some Venger action!
